Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, this 8.5-acre preserve offers a concentrated tropical aesthetic. The site is defined by its "tunnel" effect—a narrow, winding sand path through a maritime hammock of ancient Sea Grapes, Gumbo Limbo trees, and Cabbage Palms. This canopy creates a high-contrast environment with dramatic, dappled natural light. The path culminates in a rustic wooden boardwalk that crests over the dune, revealing an expansive, 700-foot stretch of beach. Because the park is bordered by low-density residential areas, the horizon remains remarkably clean, free from the high-rise silhouette common in South Florida. It is the premier location for "deserted island" visuals or secluded coastal transitions without leaving the mainland.

The parking lot is located across A1A and is limited with approx. 30 spots. This is a "pack-in, pack-out" site with no on-site power or public restrooms; production should plan for a mobile base camp or a nearby staging area. Best light for the hammock tunnel is mid-morning to avoid flat overhead sun.
