NORA District West Palm Beach – Filming Location

• Mixed-Use Development: The district is designed as a destination for wellness, style, flavor, and creativity, blending dining, shopping, boutique fitness, and creative office spaces. 
   
• Historic Preservation: The development incorporates the charm of existing warehouses along a historic rail line with new construction, maintaining a low-rise, neighborhood feel. 
   
• Amenities and Tenants: Current open tenants include Sunday Motor Co., Van Leeuwen, [solidcore], Celis Juice Bar, ZenHippo, IGK Salons, Pompanos, and Le Labo Fragrances. Future plans include a hotel and residential units. 
   
• Pedestrian-Friendly Design: The area features widened sidewalks, shaded green spaces, and seating areas to create a pedestrian-friendly environment. 

On the hospitality front, The Nora Hotel, a 201-key boutique property, is under development. When complete, it will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar with sweeping views, as well as a signature brasserie, Pastis, from renowned restaurateur Stephen Starr. 

For film, branding, or commercial productions, NORA offers a rich variety of backdrops: rustic warehouse façades, modern retail storefronts, polished wellness interiors, creative office lofts, and future rooftop or hotel scenes.
