WEST PALM BEACH TO WELCOME FILM FLORIDA QUARTERLY MEETING

Palm Beach County will welcome film and television professionals from across the state this September as the Film Florida Quarterly Meeting comes to the Hilton West Palm Beach. The event will bring together industry leaders, production professionals, and creative partners to discuss the latest developments shaping Florida's film and television industry while fostering collaboration and new partnerships.

The meeting also provides local filmmakers and production professionals with a unique opportunity to connect directly with state industry leaders, exchange ideas, and learn about initiatives supporting production throughout Florida.

Adding to an exciting week, the nearby Palm Beach County Convention Center will host the VISIT FLORIDA 2026 Florida Governor's Conference on Tourism from Sept. 9-11, welcoming nearly 1,000 tourism professionals from across the state. Together, these events place Palm Beach County at the forefront of conversations driving Florida's tourism and film industries forward.

Film Florida is sharing the room block for the Governor’s Conference on Tourism at the Hilton West Palm Beach, 600 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL, 33401. Room rates are $215 plus tax. The Florida Governor’s Conference on Tourism is September 9 – 11, 2026. Film Florida members are invited to be a sponsor and participate in the Film Florida booth at a cost of $1,200 which also includes an all access pass to the conference. The annual Florida Governor’s Conference on Tourism (GC) is the premier educational conference for the Florida tourism industry. The conference brings together tourism industry professionals, advertising agencies, travel experts and state leaders to explore the latest trends and opportunities for the industry. GC will give attendees the opportunity to continue both professional and personal development by featuring dozens of specialized speakers both on the main stage as well as in breakout sessions. With nine+ hours of dedicated networking opportunities for attendees, GC is sure to provide ample time for new connections and potential business opportunities.
