The Legend Of Kate Kensington Film Premiere!

The Legend of Kate Kensington Inverness, FL, Premiere

April 20, 2016 -- Palm Beach County and Inverness, Florida – It has been more than five decades since a feature film was shot in and around the Inverness, Florida, area. That film was Elvis Presley’s 1961 hit, Follow That Dream.

From April 29 - May 1, 2016, the family-friendly, drama/thriller, The Legend of Kate Kensington will screen seven times at the Valerie Theatre in Inverness, Florida. Former Boynton Beach, Florida, resident Brad Castillo produced, directed and wrote the film, which stars Hayley Castillo, Melony Daemer Castillo, Lisa Arcaro and David McDivitt (Pineapple Express, Numb3rs). The cast additionally includes West Palm Beach actress Joanne Harris, who is also the Post Production Supervisor for the film.

The director brought in cast and crew from across the state of Florida, shooting throughout Citrus County, Orlando and at the historical Herlong Mansion in Micanopy, as well as in Georgia. The film has a faith-based message of accepting where we are in life and using the special gifts that we are given.

Media members are invited to preview the film on April 27th, at the Valerie Theatre in Inverness, Florida. The address is 207 Courthouse Square, Inverness, FL 34450.

There are seven general audience screenings from April 29th - May 1, 2016. Tickets are $10 and are available at www.valerietheatre.com, under Events, or at the door, if available. There is ample free parking.
