SUBMISSIONS DEADLINE EXTENDED For
The 28th ANNUAL PALM BEACHES STUDENT SHOWCASE Of FILMS
Florida's Largest Student Film Competition and Award Show
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (January 31, 2023) – With just 5 days remaining, the deadline for submissions to the 28th annual Palm Beaches Student Showcase of Films (SSOF) has been extended. The SSOF is Florida’s largest student film competition and award show, and an elite panel of judges will determine the next round of winners. Entries will be accepted on Film Freeway until February 5, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. in the following categories:
- Burt Reynolds, Sara Fuller & Mel Maron Scholarship
- College Feature/Short
- High School Feature/Short
- Documentary
- Music Video
- Animation
- Environmental PSA
- Commercial PSA
- Screenwriting
- Poster Design
Submission to the showcase is free! Finalists will compete for a chance to win over $20,000 in cash and prizes at the red-carpet award show on April 21, 2023, at the Maltz Jupiter Theater. For more information, please visit pbfilm.com/SSOF.
