MINI MINDS, MORIKAMI MUSEUM MAGIC ON PBS

South Florida PBS brings young viewers a cultural adventure on KidVision Pre-K at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach. Host Miss Penny and the KidVision explorers recently filmed an educational new episode that invites preschoolers to discover Japanese culture through hands-on activities. In “Adventures at the Morikami Museum” kids tap into their creativity through the art of origami.

They also practice using chopsticks and taste Japanese shaved ice, adding a delicious twist to the day’s lesson. Little explorers stroll through the Japanese gardens, learning new words and traditions along the way. The show helps children build curiosity and appreciation for other cultures, all while having fun.

The Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission, with its Free One-Stop Permitting, assisted and permitted the production, making it easy for the crew to capture every moment.
