MICHELLE HILLERY, GEORGE LINLEY & SERGIO PIEDRA JOIN PALM BEACH 100

Three leaders helping shape Palm Beach County’s tourism economy are receiving special recognition. Film Commissioner Michelle Hillery and Palm Beach County Sports Commission Executive Director George W. Linley have been named to Palm Beach Illustrated’s Palm Beach 100 for 2026, recognizing some of the County’s most influential business leaders.

For nearly three decades, Hillery has championed Palm Beach County’s film and television industry, helping grow its creative economy, attract productions and create opportunities for the next generation of filmmakers. Her leadership has also helped expand The Palm Beaches TV and The Palm Beaches Student Showcase of Films, extending the Commission’s impact from production and tourism promotion to education and workforce development.

Linley has dedicated his career to strengthening Palm Beach County’s position as a premier sports tourism destination. Under his leadership, the Palm Beach County Sports Commission continues to attract regional, national and international events that generate visitation and showcase the destination to audiences around the world. The recognition also extends across Palm Beach County’s tourism family.

Sergio Piedra, Senior Director of Community Engagement with Discover The Palm Beaches, was also named to the 2026 Palm Beach 100, further highlighting the leadership and talent represented across the County’s Tourist Development Council agencies. The Film & Television Commission congratulates Michelle, George and Sergio on this well-deserved recognition and celebrates their continued leadership and impact throughout Palm Beach County.
