IT’S A 10 FOR SANDI TREE

This is a special year for Sandi Tree, the world’s only 35-foot Christmas tree made of 700 tons of sand. In addition to celebrating a decade as the star of downtown West Palm Beach’s annual holiday celebration, Sandi Tree is in the running for USA Today’s 10Best “Best Holiday Lights Display.” A team of sculptors will work around the clock to bring the giant tree to life. Sandi’s exquisitely detailed carvings are visible during daylight, but she really comes alive in the evening, with lights that are synched to music. She has been featured on the series Little Wonders of The Palm Beaches, which can be seen on demand on ThePalmBeaches.TV. Sandi Tree dazzles on the quarter-hour from 6:00pm-10:00pm through December 30. For New Year’s Eve on December 31, Sandi Tree shows will run until midnight. Cast your vote at 10best.com.
