G-Star Student Jayce Mroz’s Hit Nickelodeon TV Show Gets 2nd Season!

Palm Springs, FL (November 21, 2017) – Disney’s Nickelodeon Channel has scored its next winner, the teen comedy I AM FRANKIE.  G-Star student Jayce Mroz is a star of the show.  Jayce joins G-Star alumna, Emily Serpico, who also starred in two seasons on the Syfy Channel’s Face Off (L.A. Critics' Choice Award for Best Reality Series). 

“We are so excited!” says Jayce Mroz who is in the eleventh grade at G-Star School of the Arts for Film, Animation and Performing Arts (www.gstarschool.org) in Palm Springs, Florida.  “We worked really hard and hoped we'd get a chance for a second season – and we did!  The show starts shooting in February next year and I’ll be out of school for another three months.  They are so great at G-Star.  My teachers all work with the on-set teachers to make sure I keep my grades up.  When the production is over I come back to G-Star like any regular kid in school.  I don’t know of any other school that would do that.”

Frankie Gaines looks like a typical teenager, but she has a very big secret – she’s actually a cutting edge, experimental android!  Starting at a new school in a new city with a new family, teen Frankie Gaines already has enough problems to deal with, but none of them compare to her biggest secret: she isn't human. Frankie must adapt to the emotional and unpredictable life of a normal teenager while concealing her true identity from all but her most trusted friends and family -- exposure risks capture and a return to the evil EGG Laboratories forever.

I AM FRANKIE shows at 4 PM each weekday on the Nickelodeon Channel.
