FAMILY-FRIENDLY FUN IN THE PALM BEACHES

It’s summertime in The Palm Beaches and there’s so much to see and do here, it can be hard to keep up. Fortunately, the On the Town in The Palm Beaches with Frank Licari series is on a mission to showcase some of the best family-friendly experiences you can have in Palm Beach County. During this episode, Frank and the crew head out to Pahokee to check out Muck Tavern restaurant, serving up good times and great food. And, since it’s right on Lake Okeechobee, it features some of the best sunsets in the County.But first, Frank and the crew learned about early Florida history at the Belle Glade Museum. They also took a scenic ride on a pontoon boat, made chocolate at a factory in Delray Beach and experienced a delightful children’s garden with a uniquely amazing playground. Frank also tried his hand at getting out of an escape room. How did that go? Well, let’s just say Frank got to cool his heels behind a locked door for a while!“This show is a blast,” Frank said, “where else can you cook with retired NFL players on Lake O, make chocolate bars with the “Willy Wonka” of Delray Beach, take a boat tour from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean, then go relax with some down-home cooking in Jupiter.” Every day can be an exciting adventure in Palm Beach County.
