FAIRWAYS TO AIRWAVES: PALM BEACH COUNTY BROADCASTS LIVE TO WORLD

Palm Beach County becomes a live sports broadcast hub each spring as nationally televised events return to venues across the area. The season includes Major League Baseball Spring Training, The Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches, the James Hardie Pro Football Hall of Fame Invitational, and the Delray Beach Open tennis tournament.

Spring Training games for the St. Louis Cardinals, Houston Astros, Washington Nationals, and Miami Marlins aired 21 times on regional sports networks from CACTI Park of The Palm Beaches and Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium.

The Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches averaged 2.6 million viewers for its final round across NBC and Peacock, the tournament’s most-watched finish since 2022. The James Hardie Pro Football Hall of Fame Invitational on Golf Channel estimated to reach about 2.5 million viewers. Additional broadcasts include the TGL Golf League on ESPN and Florida Atlantic University athletics on ESPN+.
