A picturesque view in every diection!! Mounts Botanical Gardens spans 20 acres, with 25 distinct themed gardens showcasing more than 7,000 tropical and subtropical plants including native Florida specimens, exotic fruit trees, palms, ornamentals, herbs, succulents, and more. The property traces its origins to the 1954 construction of the original Mounts Building, erected as part of the Palm Beach County Cooperative Extension Service making the onsite architecture a midcentury municipal building that anchors the garden grounds.

• Windows on the Floating World Wetland Garden - A standout wetland style installation with open gridded walkways over shallow water, aquatic plants, waterfalls, natural stone and water feature vistas. Walking there gives the impression of “floating on water,” offering dramatic and meditative water + plant visuals. 

• Garden of Tranquility - A serene, Asian inspired “zen garden” style spot with stone, wood (bamboo), clean planting design and calm atmosphere  good for reflective, peaceful scenes or artistic/narrative work. 

• Herb Garden of Well Being - Showcases herbs and useful plants organized into sections (for culinary use, teas, medicinal/health, aromatic, etc.), and includes plants like vanilla orchids and tropical species — nice for shoots needing lush but structured botanical detail or “garden?to?table,” wellness, natural lifestyle or educational themes. 

• Florida Natives Garden - A demonstration garden highlighting native South Florida flora — palms, native shrubs and plants which gives an authentic “local Florida” vibe, useful for realistic natural backdrops or ecological-themed productions.

• Butterfly Garden - Designed to attract butterflies, with nectar?rich and host plants, ideal for vibrant, natural wildlife?oriented or tranquil visual scenes featuring butterflies, pollinators, or close ups of flora.
