Charming Clematis Street
The downtown district of West Palm Beach offers exciting new angles, now that several improvement projects have been completed. Historic Clematis Street is a very popular filming destination with a mix of restaurants and retail, and has been transformed to create a more enjoyable walking and biking experience with wider sidewalks and more shade trees. Even the alleys on both sides of the street have been improved with water, sewage and drainage projects that cleaned up the appearance of the alleys.
European inspired Rosemary Square
The tri-color brick paver roadway that cuts through Rosemary Square feels very French and gives the space a European look, which is a bonus for productions that want the look without the hassle of international travel. Modern updates to the lighting and a reimagined fountain create striking backdrops for fashion photography and scene work that calls for an exciting backdrop.
Kravis Center Plaza's curving red bench
The Kravis Center for Performing Arts has completed improvements in and around the property with a new parking garage, a larger lobby that opens onto the pedestrian-friendly plaza with a striking red sculpture that is unique and functions as curved outdoor seating. The water fountain was reimagined and offers the sound of flowing water as well as a curved wall.
