Everything went great. We had two really good
shows. The parking went better than expected and the officers were
a huge help. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our
remote a success. We look forward to more productions in your
area.

This sojourn was a first for me and I assure you
that a fabulous impression was made – even in spite of the
weather. By virtue of the grand tour I was given by Ms. Elizabeth
Moyer, I returned home with no doubt that your city and county
have an enormous amount to offer the serious filmmaker. Indeed,
its overwhelming beauty and varied textures were revealed through
an unexpected number of ways.

11:Eleven Pictures would like to
acknowledge the extremely supportive nature of the entire
community of Palm Beach County in all aspects of the production of
our film, Patsy.
Each and every business owner whom we dealt with also made our
experience a pleasurable one, especially, Hotel Biba, West Palm
Beach, Howley’s Diner, Vespa Shop, West Palm Beach, Old key Lime
Restaurant, Lantana, Fun Depot, Lantana and AG Holley Hospital in
Lantana. Without the above named businesses we would not have been
able to make our dream project a reality.
The climate and conditions during which our production of Patsy
took place were favorable – no rain plenty of sunshine and
temperatures in the mid to high 80’s. Luckily, over 85% of our
shoot took place indoors.
Finally, 11:Eleven Pictures would like to inform the entire
Palm Beach Film Commission and Film Community, that we enjoyed
thoroughly our first experience so much so, that we plan on
shooting our next independent feature back in the Sunshine State.

“Everyone was so accommodating, in terms of the
locations and in terms of finding all those extras. They were so
good-spirited.”

“It is such a thrill to be able to turn this
hurricane ravaged park into something where the kids can play ball
again. The people of Boynton have been so supportive, and it’s
been a joy being here.”

It’s because we can find such diversity in
locations within miles of each other that we will be able to have
an aggressive shoot.” Chinander says, “We chose to shoot here for
the weather, beautiful backdrops, and G-Star.”

The film commission in Palm Beach was great. They helped me find
locations, and dealing with permits was easy. I didn’t have just
normal permits, I had gun firing permits, and car crashing
permits; they made it easy.

With your support and enthusiasm this event
managed to survive very trying obstacles and grow to become a
community event. It takes courage to commit to the ‘first time’ of
any event as an unknown entity, especially within an area that
expects excellence in everything.
Together with you, we look forward to the growth of this annual
event. Thank you for your event guidance and ‘hands on’
assistance. It is our privilege to have you as professional
friends.

“It was incredible to have the leaders of a
community so ready, willing and able to jump at a moment’s notice.
We are so grateful for the speedy resolution.” Delray Beach’s
above and beyond service and personal attention to this matter
made for a positive outcome to the situation. Palm Beach County is
fortunate to have municipalities that understand the needs of the
industry and rise to the occasion at a moment’s notice.
“I am positioning myself to try to bring projects back to
Florida,” O’Brien said. In addition to the mature on-screen talent
involved with the project, 90% of the film’s crew is based in
South Florida.

We got the greenlight last minute for the [Jimmy
Buffett] video shoot and we had to scramble to pull it together.
Par for the course in our business and you need all the help you
can get.
The Film Commission was first rate. That same week we were putting
together the tour at the Palm Beach Ocean Studios.
I had never set foot in West Palm until that week and pulled that
shoot together from gear to location in two days. The Film
Commission helped make that turn around possible. Quick response
and guidance.

all of us trying to bring major productions to the County.

“We were so thrilled to be filming and shooting
in PBC. Dubois Park was perfect. The production company wanted a
Tahitian Island feel and we were able to give them exactly that,
keeping them here”.
