CITY OF PAHOKEE (Top)
Pahokee’s easy going lifestyle creates a film friendly environment to all.  Pahokee’s desolate roads, homestyle cookeries, sugarcane fields, and friendly locals help establish a desirable location to many.
In addition, Pahokee is giving their waterfront a facelift.
They’re adding cozy cabins for lodging, safari boat rides, bike and rollerblade rental stations, and canoeing.  Pahokee is also home to SkyDive America and country/ western singer, Mel Tillis. Pahokee has played an amiable host to many features such as the 1977 hit Empire of the Ants, Maximum Bob, Striptease, and Up Close and Personal.  Recent filming was made possible with the help of Pahokee’s exceptional police department.  Chief Gary Frechette and his dedicated deputies were extremely accommodating in preparation for shooting Jonfulton’s music video.
