Body of Evidence: From the Case File of Dayle Hinman
visited several locations in
Palm Beach
County last month including I & J Station House
Restaurant in Lantana and West County Jail in Belle
Glade. Special Agent Dayle Hinman, now retired, worked
for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement as one of the
country’s leading forensic profilers. This episode is from a
case Hinman worked on with the Boca Raton Police Department
to identify the perpetrator of several violent crimes in the
area. I & J Station House was chosen for the “predator” fi sh
tank (one of 9 tanks in the restaurant) Hinman and a Boca
Raton police detective sat in front of to re-enact
their original meeting seven years earlier. This particular
tank was chosen d ue
to the fact that the suspect was described to be a
“predator.” Hinman’s assistance ultimately lead to the
arrest and conviction of David Micheal Miller. Jennifer
Fetsch with
Storyhouse
Productions, a Washington DC based production company
said of the location, “It was perfect! We couldn't have
found a more perfect location for what we were looking for.”
The series airs on Court TV Thursday evenings at
9:30pm. |
