The Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission’s (FTC) Locations Department provides a digital photo library with over 10,000 photos for easy viewing. Location: Sugarcane Fields, Belle Glade

Description: Palm Beach County is the leading county in the United States in sugar production. It is responsible for 70% of Florida’s sugarcane acreage, resulting in 75% of its sugar output. As Florida accounts for approximately 25% of the United States production of sucrose sugar, Palm Beach County produces 20% of the total United States produced sugar. Sugarcane in Palm Beach County is produced on approximately 330,000 acres annually.

Location: Roger Dean Stadium, Jupiter

Description: This stadium is a $28 million Spring Training Complex/Stadium specially designed to house Major League Baseball teams, the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins. The ballpark features field box, loge box, bleacher, grass berm, and luxury skybox seating. The stadium can accommodate approximately 7,000 fans, seats approximately 6,600 while another 200 can spread out a blanket for catch a closer glimpse from the Grass Berm, located just in front of the Party Deck in right field.

Location: Lion Country Safari, Loxahatchee

Description: As America’s first drive-through cage-less zoo, Lion Country Safari houses over 1,000 animals, featuring a five-mile drive-though preserve, over 200 campsites, six stores, two food outlets, a water plant, a sewer plant, a veterinary hospital, an animal demonstration theater, a summer day camp, gas station, and 120 employees who work to care for animals, maintain, and operate the facility. The Safari is a habitat where many endangered species live and reproduce.
