KENNETH
SPILLIAS: CHAIR
Kenneth
G. Spillias is a shareholder in the West
Palm Beach office of Lewis, Longman, & Walker,
P.A., a statewide law firm with concentration in environmental, governmental
and administrative law. Kenneth has practiced law for 33 years, 29 of
them in Palm Beach
County. He has served as
a Palm Beach County Commissioner from 1982-1986, chairing the board in
1984. Kenneth is also the former chairman of Palm Beach County’s
Tourist Development Council, Children’s Services Council and a variety of other
governmental and civic boards. He has served on a number of civic and community
boards including the boards of cultural organizations such as the Palm Beach
County Council of the Arts (now known as the Cultural Council) and Bob Carter’s
Actor’s Workshop and Repertory Company. Kenneth has been married to his wife
Monica for 32 years and has three grown children and one grandchild.
ROBERT (BOB)
PETERSON: VICE-CHAIRMAN
Robert
Peterson is the President and owner of National Teleproductions, Inc. where he
has been producing, directing and managing film and television projects for
over 25 years. Starting behind a camera with PBS, he moved up to
directing and a change to ABC Wide World of Sports covering the NCAA and the
opportunity to work with the rapidly changing technology of remote location
video. This experience took Robert to a consultant position with Scripps
Howard as Director of Remote Operations. In 1980 he formed National
Teleproductions to supply reality-based programming to the networks. The
business has grown and evolved to include mobile units and multiple field
packages serving clients around the world for over 20 years. Robert has
traveled extensively producing, directing and shooting entertainment, sports,
news and documentary programming on location around North America, Central and
South America, across Europe to Asia, Africa and even Antarctica.
Robert has served on the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission
Board of Directors since 1989.
SUZANNE L. NIEDLAND: TREASURER
Suzanne Niedland is an independent producer
with her company, BusEye Films, LLC, based in Jupiter, Florida. She has
over 25 years of diversified experience in the entertainment industry, working
as an actress on stage, film, television, voice-overs and as a radio
personality as well as earning an M.A. in documentary filmmaking, from
University of Florida’s Documentary Institute. Miss Lil’s Camp, a short
documentary, which she produced, co-directed and edited, has won numerous
awards and honors, including an exclusive invitation to screen at the William
J. Clinton Presidential Center Celebratory Ceremonies, and most recently a CINE
Golden Eagle. Among Suzanne’s other projects, Opportunity Knocks, a
short narrative film, which Suzanne co-produced and acted in with General
Hospital star, Tristan Rogers, is currently on the film festival circuit
and in development as a television pilot. Suzanne is an advisor to the board of
the Burt Reynolds and Friends Museum and maintains professional memberships in
SAG, AEA, IFP, IDA and Women in Film, among others.
DOUGLAS RILL: SECRETARY
Douglas Rill
is the Owner, Founder and Broker for "CENTURY 21 America's Choice", a full
service real estate company founded in 1994. "CENTURY 21 America's Choice" is comprised of (4)
offices which are located in, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Wellington and
recently acquired, Palm Beach, Florida,
with an employment of 140 Top-Notch Agents in South
Florida. Douglas has over 31
Years of experience in all facets of the Real Estate Industry & in 1997, he
acquired the "CENTURY 21 Academy of Learning", a Real Estate School
in operation for 22+ years. Douglas began giving real estate advice on Public
Radio in 1978, in 1979, the show was moved to WJNO, where it became the longest
running real estate show and still going strong. In 1985, Douglas
became the Executive Producer of the "House Detective", a video
magazine which aired on WPEC TV-12, for (5) consecutive years. He currently
hosts, "Real Estate Host", a weekly radio show on WJNO Radio, airing
every Sunday at Noon. Douglas served on
several Boards to include "The Treasure, Palm Coast Broker Council, of
which he is President. Douglas currently lives in Palm Beach with his wife,
Angela Murray, former Radio, News Anchor in Miami & West Palm Beach and
their (2) Sons.

ROGER AMIDON
Roger Amidon is the General Manager of the Delray Beach Marriot. Working in the hospitality industry for 21
years, Roger has worked at 14 different hotels or resorts ranging from Marriot
Full Service to independent ski resorts in the Northeast. Roger currently oversees 269 rooms for a
Marriot Full Service Hotel, and over 230 associates. He has sat on a number of Board of Directors
throughout Palm Beach
County including: Business Development Board, Tourist Development Council,
North Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce, and Jupiter Chambers. Roger currently sits on the Delray Beach
Chamber Board of Directors, and is currently President of the PBC Hotel Lodging
Association. Roger enjoys coaching for the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic
Association. Roger lives in Tequesta
with his wife of 20 years, Tina, and their two (2) children, Roger and Nicole.
YVONNE S. BOICE
Yvonne S. Boice has been an active member of
the Palm Beach County business community since
1986. Yvonne is currently President of Fugazy International Travel and
President/Owner of Boca Raton’s Shoppes at Village Pointe, a 77,000 square foot
shopping center that was originally purchased by her late husband, Grant Boice
in 1991. A dedicated community service leader, Yvonne sits on a number of
Boards including: YMCA of Boca Raton and South Palm Beach
County, Boca Raton
Educational Television, Boca Raton Roundtable, Palm Beach International Film
Festival, Unicorn Children’s Foundation and Boca Raton Republican Club.
She is Vice Chair for The Centre for the Arts at Mizner Park
and serves on the Advisory Board of the Boca Raton Resort & Club,
Wheelchairs for the World and AVDA. She served as Honorary Chairman
for Caldwell Theatre Company’s Crystal Ball and Soroptimist Club’s Annual
Breakfast. She chaired the 14th Annual YMCA Champions’ Ball
for nearly 600 guests and the 23rd Annual Lynn University Ball for
over 400 guests. Yvonne chaired Boca Pops 50th Anniversary
Gala, The Centre for the Arts at Mizner
Park’s Phase II
Groundbreaking, Community Opening and Savarick Tower Dedication for the new
Count de Hoernle Amphitheater. She has recently been elected Chairman of the
Board of Overseers at Lynn
University and been
appointed to the Board of Trustees of Palm Beach Community College.
In 1999, she became the champion of female participation in the football
community at Florida
Atlantic University
when she founded the Boca Female Football League, a booster club for women.
Along with her business and community service work, Yvonne is a continuing
influence for cooperative business in Boca
Raton and is dedicated to giving back to the community
through sponsorship. Yvonne has one daughter, Lauren, a practicing attorney,
living in the Boston
area with her husband, world-renowned astrophysicist, Dr. Randall Knowles
Smith.
JOE CAPICOTTI
Joe Capicotti is Founder and President
of Dragonlake Productions. Joe was a
pilot for Jack Nicklaus before he became a Boeing 727 Pilot for Eastern and Pan
American Airlines. In 1992 Joe became
the Media and Promotional Director for Bowery management Corp. From 1998 to 2002 he was TV representative
and talent for Turner Productions. Since
2002 Joe has operated Dragonlake Productions where they produce 2Xtreem. Joe is
married and has two (2) sons.
JIM CLARK
Jim Clark is the Station
Manager of WPB-TV, the City of West
Palm Beach government access channel. A TV
veteran of over 20 years, Jim has served in production and station management,
and as a Director/TD on a variety of shows and presentations at the local and
network levels. Jim has also maintained a production company,
"Municipal Communications" for some time. His work has been
seen on ABC, PBS, the History Channel, MTV Latino, etc. As Station
Manager for the City of Miami's government channel, Jim and a local independent
film producer collaborated to bring a half-hour TV show to viewers which
featured profiles on actors, producers, and directors - as well as examples of
their work - from around South Florida. Jim has works as a free-lance Director
for Miami Dolphins, Miami Heat and Florida Panthers game presentations.
An avid sailor, Jim is a past Rear Commodore with a Miami-based sailing
club. He resides in Wellington
with his wife Cris, and sons Cameron and Max.
BARRY
R. EPSTEIN
Barry
Epstein, APR, is President and CEO of barry r. epstein associates, Inc. Noted
for his extensive network of contacts, media and business leaders throughout
the country, he frequently has been able to “open doors” for the top echelon
needs of all his clients. Accredited (APR) by the Public Relations Society of
America, Barry has been active in many professional, civic and charitable
organizations. Barry frequently writes travel, entertainment, and movie reviews
for several South Florida publications. He also writes a weekly column for the South
Florida Sun-Sentinel Boca Times and West Boca Times, Forum publishing issues
and has his own weekly radio show Fridays at 10 a.m. on WWNN 1470 A.M. In
addition, he is the President of the Boca Raton Roundtable, West Boca Leaders,
and serves as Executive Director of Together Against Gangs.
SCOTT FORMAN
Scott Forman, Vice
President of Allegro Productions, is a second generation filmmaker with over 25
years of production experience. The
firm, established in 1957, has consistently produced award winning programming
for the corporate, documentary and educational markets. Allegro projects include the production and
distribution of the acclaimed SCIENCE SCREEN REPORT series, in its 38th
year and seen by millions of students nationwide each school year, it is
provided at no cost to elementary, middle, and high schools through the
financial support of hundreds of Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Forman’s stewardship of Allegro
Productions has demonstrated his commitment to the vital importance of
developing young minds and promoting careers in science to today’s youth. Under
his leadership, Allegro has garnered recognition from the prestigious National
Science Foundation, the Department of Education, the Department of Energy, as
well as the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics & Science
Teaching. In addition, Allegro funded
the SCIENCE SCREEN REPORT Award through the National Science Teacher’s
Association. Mr. Forman is a respected
member of the West Boca Raton community where
he is active in a number of areas, focusing primarily on character-building
programs for youngsters. Mr. Forman is
also involved with many local charitable organizations including the Juvenile
Diabetes Foundation and countless classrooms he has adopted within Palm Beach County and throughout the nation.
ALAN C.
KAUFFMAN
Alan Kauffman is a member of the law firm of Becker &
Poliakoff, P.A. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1964 and the Supreme
Court of Florida in 1985. Alan is an
active member of the Florida, Palm Beach County and South Palm Beach County Bar
Associations, and a member of the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers. Alan
has also served on the Palm Beach County Development
Corporation, President’s Club, Business Advisory for FAU School
of Business, Board Member of the Florida Philharmonic Orchestra Board, and many
other civic and charitable associations and boards. Alan has served on
the Board of the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission since its
inception.
TODD
KOLICH
Todd
Kolich serves as principal owner and Director of Photography of KO-MAR
Productions in West Palm Beach. He has logged more than a million miles for
productions throughout the world. Todd
is a six-year member of the Executive’s Association of the Palm Beaches and is
a former president of the Palm Beach Chapter of the Florida Motion Picture and
Television Association. Todd also served
on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches
and the Film Advisory Board.
Additionally, KO-MAR has been cited with numerous Addy and Telly
awards. A native of Stamford,
Connecticut, Todd moved to West
Palm Beach after graduating from Loyola
University, New Orleans in 1980 to work at WPTV as a news
photographer. While at WPTV, Todd formed
KO-MAR Productions with his former college roommate. Todd left WPTV in 1982 and for the past
twenty years KO-MAR has enjoyed steady growth.
JONATHAN
KRANE
Jonathan Krane’s career exemplifies
innovation, extraordinary accomplishment and tremendous ability. Over the past
20 years, Jonathan has achieved expertise, recognition and success as a motion
picture producer of more than 40 feature films, as a manager of more than 150
actors and directors, many of whom he discovered and guided to stardom, as a
writer, as a financier, as a teacher, among other areas of work in the
entertainment industry. Credits include Winner of the Hollywood Visionary
Award, University Professor of Film, People’s Choice Winner for Best Comedy
Film, Studio Head, Talent Manager and Author.
DONALD K. LANMAN
Donald Lanman has over 20 years of national
and international executive level business leadership, marketing, advertising
and community service experience. Before founding Integrated Marketing
Communications, a marketing consulting firm, in 1994 Don held senior
management positions in marketing, advertising, electronic media and
specialized film production for leading national firms including American
Express and Bank One. Don’s Business to Business and
Consumer direct marketing expertise includes financial services, healthcare,
fund raising, internet, affinity membership and retail marketing for large
firms and start up companies including; Bank of America, Conseco Companies,
Unicity Network, 401kExchange.com, BankRate.com, Wealth-Alert
Financial Group, Allstate, and Broken Sound Country Club. Don
is a recognized industry expert in the areas of strategic target marketing, ROI
advertising and power public relations. He is a frequent speaker for
national marketing and trade associations on marketing communications. Don is a
graduate of the University
of Nevada with a BA in Journalism
including postgraduate MBA studies at St. Mary’s College in California.
Don is a Veteran, serving as a commissioned officer in the United States
Army.
DAVID LUCE
David Luce is a Senior Vice
President at Lehman Brothers, where he has been for the past 17 years, advising
Fortune 500 clients on fixed income and strategies, and overseeing assets of
over $150 Billion. David has served on
the Bear’s Club Advisory Board and currently serves on the Authentidate
Holdings Board.
SAMANTHA MALLOY
Samantha
D. Malloy maintains a private law office, Malloy and Wynn, P.A. in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Ms. Malloy practices in the areas of domestic relations and children’s law,
including, collaborative divorce, custody, educational advocacy (special
education and discipline) and juvenile delinquency. Ms. Malloy graduated cum
laude from Boston
College in 1984 with a
Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science. She obtained her law
degree from New York
University in 1989,
receiving the American Jurisprudence award in “Child, Family and State,” as
well as the Hass-Schwartz Award for outstanding work in the field of children
and the law. Ms. Malloy has practiced law privately (Cleary, Gottlieb,
Steen and Hamilton (1988-1992) and Greenberg Traurig (1993-1997)) and in the
public interest (Assistant Public Defender in Broward County 1997-2001)
alerting her to the under representation of children’s educational legal
needs. Ms. Malloy is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts
of Florida and New York, as well as the United States
Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Malloy has taught at the National
Institute of Trial Advocacy.Ms. Malloy’s prior community service includes
membership on interdisciplinary committees addressing the needs of high risk
and at risk children at both New York University and the Department of Youth
Services for the City of New York, and Board Membership and serving as an
Officer to the Susan B. Anthony Recovery Center of Ft. Lauderdale and the
Children’s Coalition of Palm Beach.
MEL MARON
Mel Maron was named President of Marketing &
Distribution of Castle Hill Productions, effective July 1, 1987. In
assuming his new role MR. Maron opened a Los
Angeles office and relocated to the West Coast.
This move enabled Castle Hill to be closer to the source of independent
films. Since the environment for independent cinema has changed, Mr.
Maron has relocated to South Florida, where, dividing time there and at the
Castle Hill Productions’ main office in New
York, he is equally capable of following trends in
the independent film market. A graduate of CCNY, Mr. Maron started his
career as an office boy at MGM. In 1962, he became MGM’s road show
manager, a position in which he distributed a long list of hit films including:
Dr. Zhivago, Gone With the Wind (70 mm re-release), 2001: A Space
Odyssey, How the West was Won, Mutiny on the Bounty, Goodbye Mr. Chips, Far
From the Maddening Crowd, and Grand Prix. After leaving MGM,
Mr. Maron served as the Senior Vice President of Commonwealth United.
Later, Mr. Maron served as President of Cinema Shares Theatrical from 1975
until 1980; building that company up to become the second most important
independent Distribution company in the U.S., after New Line Cinema. In
1980, he became President of World Northal, where he worked on several
important independent features, most notably “Quadrophenia,” featuring music by
the Who. In 1981, he acquired a library of Hong Kong martial arts titles
from the Shaw Brothers, becoming the first to bring these titles to the U.S. television
market with his nationally syndicated “Black Belt Theater” programming block.
Mr. Maron was recently elected into the Executive Division of the Academy of Motion Picture, Arts and Sciences.
Since moving to South Florida, Mr. Maron
has been active in the Ft. Lauderdale Film Festival, and has served on the
Committee for Young Filmmakers with the Palm Beach County Film & Television
Commission. He has also been named to the Advisory Board of the South
Florida Motion Picture & Television Film Society.
BILL METZGER
Former Chair of the FTC, Bill has been on
the FTC Board since its inception in 1989. Bill also helped initiate the
Palm Beach International Film Festival. He co-founded and serves as the Chair
of the PBC Film & Television Institute. Bill co-owned a film and
television production company and has over 25 years experience in various
aspects of development, production, and financing in the film and television
industry.
BOB NICHOLS
After
more than three decades as a local television news journalist, working his way
up from reporter and weatherman to lead anchorman, Bob Nichols is now the
CEO/Executive Director of the nonprofit division of Grassy Waters Preserve, and
owner of MediaMasters, LLC, which specializes in nonprofit management and
charity auctions. During his 32 years in television, Bob established a
reputation as a leader in community service. He is personally responsible
for raising over $13.5 million dollars for local and national charitable
organizations either by his prowess as an auctioneer for charity galas, or his
service on the boards of 15 local and national nonprofit organizations and Bob
is a licensed Florida Auctioneer. Bob is
also Chairman of the Forgotten Soldiers Outreach. During his career in the news
business, Bob was selected Anchorman of the Year three times by the Association
of Women in Radio and Television and garnered three Emmy nominations.
You can still see him on television, he is the host of the regular TV
program, Grassy Waters, and variety of local business and real estate programs.
Bob also appears as spokesperson in many South Florida TV commercials and
appears as an emcee in the annual Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon for the
Muscular Dystrophy Association.
PAUL NOBLE
Paul Noble, a 5-time Emmy award winner, has been in the television
business for over 40 years. Most recently, he was a Vice President at Lifetime
Television (specializing in their TV movies) and before that, Fox TV and
Metromedia Television, where, in addition to producing other shows, campaigns
and specials, he had his own television show about movies. Earlier, he produced
a number of successful TV shows such as "Midday Live," "Dr.
Ruth," "The Alan Burke Show," The Bishop Sheen Show," etc.
He started his TV career by producing Eleanor Roosevelt's TV show, and over the
years has worked with President John F. Kennedy, Marc Chagall, Richard Rodgers
and Oscar Hammerstein, Arlene Dahl, Dr. Henry Kissinger, Adlai Stevenson,
Christopher Reeve, Arthur Godfrey, etc. Paul is a past President of the NY
chapter of The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (the Emmys),
and a voting member of the British
Academy of Film and
Television Arts. He graduated Cornell University and has a Masters in Communications from Boston University.
He is a trustee of the Palm Beach Theater Guild and a member of
the board of the Palm Beach International Film Festival. He has also
co-authored four books with his wife, Paulette Cooper
and writes book reviews for TV Quarterly and other publications. He lives in Palm Beach in the winter.
In the summer he lives in Westchester and Fire Island.
SCOTT WOOLLEY
Scott
Woolley is president and founder of the Emmy award winning Five
Star Entertainment & Media, with over 150 industry
awards Scott is the recipient of the 1999 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur
of the Year award in the business services category. Five Star produces
and distributes national and international television series.
In addition, the company produces in-game animations, vignettes, commercials,
and public services announcements for the over 31 professional
sports franchises such as the Florida Marlins, Miami Dolphins, Miami
Heat, New York Rangers and the New York Knicks to name a
few. Scott also oversees several other industry companies such
as The Stock Footage House, Vstar on-Demand and Five Star Pictures
its feature film company that produces movies
for theatrical release. Five Star is located on it's own 8
acre Studio complex with over 30,000 sq feet of production
& post-production facilities in Boca Raton,
FL and also has development offices in Santa Monica, CA
MONTE A. YOUNG
Monte Young is a
writer, producer, and director of independent feature films. In the past
four years, he has written a umber of screenplays, two of which he has
produced, Billy Todd’s War and Hitters Anonymous, directing the
latter. Prior to entering the entertainment industry, Monte worked
as legal council/project developer for Ambassador Group International.
After three years with Ambassador, Monte partnered with a prominent Chinese
national and founded Summit Environmental Resources in which he developed a
number of environmental related infrastructure projects in China (co-generation
and combined cycle power plants, water purification and treatment facilities),
at one time having more than $800 million USD under development. Monte made a
significant career change to pursue a more creative career in the entertainment
industry. Further, he utilized his experience and contacts in China, again teaming up with his Chinese partner
from Summit to
form a joint-venture film production company with a Chinese government
organization. The joint-venture will produce a number of feature films in
mainland China, targeting
both the U.S.
and the vastly expanding Chinese markets. Monte is a member of the New York State
and District of Columbia Bars, as well as the D.C. Entertainment Law
Section.

IAN BLACK
Ian Black is the Vice
President of Meeting and Convention Sales with the Palm Beach County
Convention & Visitors Bureau. Prior to this Ian was the
Director of Sales and Marketing at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott. In
addition to the position at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott,
he also played the role of Area Director of Sales and
Marketing for TPG Hospitality overseeing the sales and
marketing efforts for two additional properties, The Renaissance Boca
Raton and the Marriott Ft. Lauderdale North. Ian has been an active member
of the Palm Beach County Hospitality community since 1989. He has been
involved with the Palm Beach County Convention Visitors Bureau Groups and
Meetings Sub Committee, Palm Beach County Sports Commission, Palm Beach
International Film Festival and has been on the Board of Directors of
Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International Palm Beach/Treasure
Coast Chapter for several years. He is also been an active member of
The Palm Beach County Business Development Board, Northern Palm Beaches Chamber
of Commerce, Meeting Planners International and the Society of Government
Meeting Professionals.
JIM
BRONSTIEN
Jim Bronstien is currently an Executive Consultant to the
yachting industry. For 23 years he was the President/Owner of
Rybovich, the famed yacht service and marine facility located in West Palm Beach, until he
sold to the Huizenga family in 2004. Jim is now in high demand both
nationally and internationally for his expertise in the yacht service industry.
Some of his recent consulting assignments have included a role
as acting COO of Broward Yachts in Ft.
Lauderdale while that
company underwent an ownership change. He is also engaged by Bellport Marine
Group out of California; BoatClubsAmerica of Ft. Lauderdale; Marine Pez Vela, a
major marine project in Costa Rica, Saunders Yacht Yard of Orange Beach,
Alabama, as well other varied marine related projects, Jim has a
Bachelorʼs of Science with degrees in Finance and Marketing from the
School of Business at the University of Colorado. He is active in volunteer
activities throughout Palm Beach
County, including past
service as President of Sunfest, current board service to the
area Marine Industries Associations and the Red Cross of Palm
Beach. His memberships include such organizations as the Rotary Club of
Palm Beach. Jim has been a Board Member of the Tourist Development
Council since 1995 and former chair of the Film Commission as well as a former
Cultural Grant Panelist. Various films and TV shoots with marine
activities have taken place over the years with Jimʼs assistance and
input.
MIKE
DANIEL
Mike
Daniel is a naval historian who has worked on numerous Spanish Galleons
including the 1656 Maravilla, one of the richest treasure ships ever found.
Locally, in 1990 he discovered two lost Seminole Indian War battle sites fought
in Jupiter in 1838. He named Abacoa, which was the name of the first Indian
village identified in North America by Ponce
de Leon in 1513. In 1996 Mike found Blackbeard’s flagship the legendary Queen
Anne's Revenge lost off North
Carolina. Since then he founded and has become
Executive Director of the Burt Reynolds and Friends Museum
in Jupiter. The museum contains an extensive collection of gifts, memorabilia
and autographed pictures from Hollywood's
most famous stars, world leaders, and the world's greatest athletes. The museum
is a tribute to the cultural contributions and historical impact Burt Reynolds
has had in the film industry and our hometown.
NAT
HARRINGTON
Nat
Harrington has served as the Public Information Officer and spokesman for the Palm Beach County School District,
the nation’s 10th largest public school system, since 1997.
Nat served for several years as the Public Relations Director for the
Baltimore City Public Schools, the nation’s 12th largest public school
system. For fourteen years, Nat worked as an award winning broadcast
journalist in network affiliate TV stations in several cities around
the country, including the top 20, and heavily contributed content and
coverage to national network news. Nat is known for directing and
improving local and national media coverage, training hundreds of top
professionals in media, marketing and public relations, and
developing award-winning communications programs.

Charles Lehmann has been the
Executive Director of the Palm Beach County Tourist Development Council since
1987. He oversees $46 million Bed Tax and performs staff research.
In 1988, Charles formed the Palm Beach County’s Film Liaison Office which has
evolved to the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission. He is
responsible for the tourism marketing of Palm Beach County
to the consumer, travel agent and meeting planner through Palm Beach County
Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. Charles
also supervises the use of cultural grants channeled through the Palm Beach
County Cultural Council and the contractual activities of the Palm Beach County
Sports Commission.
GRAHAM
MORRIS
As
Director of Operations Graham oversees event operations and much of the bidding
process for the Palm Beach County Sports Commission. Graham holds a Masters in
Recreation Management from Loughborough University in the UK. Having worked
around the world in sports event management, immediately before he arrived in
Florida he was teaching English to medical students at Hokkaido University in
Sapporo, Japan. Graham’s
primary focus as Director of Operations is to bring sporting events to Palm Beach County. Graham works closely with the
Event Producers on all areas of the operational issues including the financial
component. He has been with the Sports Commission since May 2000.
WILLIAM
M. (BILL) NIX
Vice President Marketing and Government Affairs for the Palm Beach County Cultural
Council since January 2001, Bill has over 20 years corporate experience at
various management levels in finance, business and strategic planning. He
serves on the Cultural Council Senior Management team with overall
responsibility for tourism, marketing and advocacy which were outlined in the
County’s Strategic Cultural Plan. He also hosts Arts and Attractions
Alive on WXEL 90.7 FM, Cultural Capital on the County’s public
television station, and heard once a month on WLRN’s South Florida Arts Beat.

GREGORY &
PAMELA ROSS
Greg Ross was trained by Tom Hubbard, Director of the Time Life
Photo Libraries and began his career in 1978. His career
includes working nationally as a photojournalist and commercial
photographer. Beyond his successful commercial
ventures, Greg uses his art – and heart – to help preserve endangered
wildlife in Africa. He is founder of Eye
on Africa, a non- profit group that teaches
children of the world about conservation. His location work has taken him
half way around the world, before establishing his state-of-the-art
studio and digital imaging facility, Ross Studio, in the heart of West Palm Beach. Greg's artistry
has lured an impressive line-up of clients to his studio, including The
Breakers Hotel, Budget Rent-A-Car, and Blockbuster
Entertainment. He is also the originator of EXPOSURE West
Palm Beach, a venue showcasing excellence in still
photography, which in May 2005 unveiled a 3,000 square foot
photographic mural Poetry in Motion for Ballet Florida. While Greg is
breathing life into commercial photography, his wife and partner of 17 years,
Pamela, brings life to fictional characters she creates in her children’s book.
