Creative
Television Communications (CTC) of Boca Raton
has begun video and music production for three
new theatrical shows premiering later this year
aboard Royal Caribbean International's newest
mega-ship, Adventure of the Seas. Two
Broadway-style musicals will premiere in the
ship's main theater, and a multi-media figure
skating show will be featured in Studio B, arena
complete with a state-of-the-art and on-board
television studio.
The Adventure of the Seas will be the fourteenth
ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet to feature
original music and video programming by CTC,
which was founded in 1988 by two-time Emmy award
winning producer John Potts. "We've been
involved in video and sound support for all of
the shows on Royal Caribbean's ships for the
past 10 years," Potts explains. CTC, a full
service film, television and recording company,
services the cruise and entertainment industries
in both creative and technical media
applications.
The company has a studio in Boca Raton featuring
state-of-the-art digital video and recording
facilities, providing "Hollywood
style" special effects from 3-D animation
to virtual scene compositing. "Everything
is produced here," Potts says. "From
original concepts and scripting through to final
production. We offer network-quality production
services that a lot of companies right here in
Boca and the surrounding area could
utilize." For more info, call 561-451-2707.

for the official state film and television
website, www.filminflorida.com.
In cooperation with Florida's local city and
county film offices, www.filminflorida.com

location in the state each month beginning in
June. "Whether we are recruiting a location

a natural selling tool for us," says State
Film Commissioner Rebecca Dirden Mattingly.
Following years of research, Neuron Broadcasting
Technologies unveiled this year its dynamic
high-performance Digital Video Streamer designed
to empower production companies, broadcasters and
corporations to broadcast live on the Internet and
encode and archive pre-produced content for
on-demand viewing. "We are most pleased to be
the streaming solutions provider for the

knowing that the addition of streaming video will
not only enhance the experience of the website
visitors but will also provide a valuable showcase
for Florida filmmakers, producers and directors to
display their work," says Reg Miller,
Director of Marketing for Neuron Broadcasting
