AnimationSubmission criteria for animated films in the Student Showcase of Films

While you are free to use copyrighted material for inspiration, you cannot
infringe on copyrighted materials. Let's say you create a CGI Cowboy and his Space Ranger sidekick, let's call them Woodrow and Budd; we think this may upset Mr. Lassiter. Chances are that he will not see your work but why not create something original that
can positively affect your education and career opportunities.

Open to Florida High School and Florida College Students.
Films must be 30 minutes (TRT) or less.
$1,000 Award!
F
unds will be awarded to the submitting school.

Submitted projects will be judged on the following set of criteria:

Originality/Creativity
Direction
Writing
Cinematography
Performances (voice-over, if applicable)
Production Value
Pacing
Structure
Sound/Music

APPLICATION PROCESS: To begin the process of submitting your Animation project, complete the Student Showcase of Films Online Application. Our system will guide you through the necessary steps to completion.
